The Healing Circle

•What Is Offered              •The Music            •Essential Oils

What Is Offered During the Zoomed Healing Circle:

  • Celia offers 60-90 minutes of soothing, heartbeat rate music, guided instruction on essential oil application, inspirational & uplifting words.
  • Each weekly session is designed to appeal to multiple senses in order to enrich the experience and bring the greatest relaxation possible.
  • Essential Oils, applied to certain points on the body, are used to bring in peace and heighten the impact of the music, since the sense of smell is the only one of our five senses that goes directly to the brain, bypassing the blood-brain barrier.
  • Pertinent information about the oils and the points to which they are applied is shared. Each individual applies his/her own single drop at a time of various oils per instructions offered.
  • Relaxing, heartbeat rate Music is played in between oil applications to enhance  relaxation.
  • Inspirational words and/or a guided meditation are offered at key points.
  • It is highly recommended and strongly encouraged that participants not have anything scheduled immediately after so that they may continue to receive the full benefits of the relaxation and peace received.
  • Participants are free to choose how to soak in the sound:
    • sit upright in a chair in a posture of meditation
    • get comfy and lie down
  • Within 48 hours of the Circle’s completion, each participant receives a detailed followup sheet reviewing the qualities of the oil/s used, pictures of the oil’s plant origin, and diagram/pics of the acupuncture points we used, with descriptions of how to find those points.
  • A private link to the recorded session is also sent out to all who participated in order that they may review or re-experience the session at leisure.
Attendees of the Healing Circle have said:
I totally loved your harp and went very deep into a meditation...
I needed that healing. - S.B.
I feel like I just had a massage! - C.U.

The Music:

  • is played on an acoustic harp with no amplification.
  • is chosen to quiet down the everyday stresses we all face; thus, the music itself is calm and soothing, rather than boisterous and brash.
  • is designed to support positive qualities of the season, of the chosen oils. Thus, it may not always be soft and fluffy; it may have an air of strength and fullness. It will always be intended to wash deeply over the individual and soak into him/her at the very core of his being. As one recipient stated, “It’s a cellular flush.”
  • may be improvised or already composed, likely a mixture of both.
  • ranges from classical to improvised, familiar hymns to new works for soothing.

The Essential Oils:

  • are chosen to align with any theme that may be part of the focus of the month(s): perhaps a holiday… e.g. rose and related oils for February and its traditional. connection to the heart & roses, frankincense and myrrh oils for Epiphany, etc.
  • often are aligned with the *five* seasons of Traditional Chinese Medicine, e.g. Marjoram, May Chang, and Jasmine for Summer.
  • are available for purchase from me (I’m not part of any network or MLM business). They are:
    • organic and/or wildcrafted whenever possible.
    • diluted to an appropriate dilution for external application according to principles of AromaAcupoint Therapy.
  • are usually ones that you can also easily purchase online or at the local store.
